• Although David Horowitz and his staff provide a wide range of expert advice to fightback.com users, neither David, fightback.com nor Fight Back! Inc., can be held responsible for a resolution nor the final outcome of any problem.
• fightback.com accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express, through a secured site. Only submissions through the site's online complaint form can be processed. Checks, money orders, or submissions by mail or e-mail cannot be accepted.
• We reserve the right to edit any questions for obscenity or inflammatory language.
• All correspondence and submissions become the property of Fight Back! Inc., and may be posted on www.fightback.com.
• The processing fee is non-refundable.
