Submit your question to hire David as your personal consumer consultant. There is a one time fee of $250.00 for this service, payable via PayPal. If your question is accepted, you could be on the road to a successful resolution. With David on board as your consumer consultant, he will personally intervene in your situation and take action himself to help you get the results you are seeking. This consultation includes phone calls and direct correspondence with David.

QUICK QUESTION/QUICK ANSWER

If you simply have a quick question that requires a quick answer, this service allows for a one-time call to David Horowitz, and he will answer your question the best he knows how.  There is a one-time fee of $50.00 for this service, payable via PayPal. Please note that once the call is made and David speaks with you, the service is complete and no more consultation will be provided.

Guidelines

  1. The “Ask David” service is designed to answer specific consumer questions. David Horowitz will offer personal suggestions based on the information provided by the user. However, neither he nor any member of his staff may offer any legal or medical opinion, nor negotiate or arbitrate the terms of any settlement.
  2. Although David Horowitz and his staff provide a wide range of expert advice to FightBack.com users, neither David, FightBack.com, nor Fight Back! Inc., can be held responsible for a resolution nor the final outcome of any problem.
  3. FightBack.com accepts payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through a secured site. Only submissions through the site’s online form can be processed. Checks, money orders, or submissions by mail or e-mail cannot be accepted.
  4. Fightback.com reserves the right to edit any questions for obscenity or inflammatory language.
  5. All correspondence and submissions become the property of Fight Back! Inc., and may be posted on FightBack.com.
  6. The processing fee is non-refundable.
